Today’s Bucci Radio guest is Mark Manson!

Mark is a self-help author, blogger, and entrepreneur, and currently has two published books including a favorite of mine, “The Subtle Art of Not Giving A F*ck”.

Mark’s blog is basically the opposite of “inspirational” Instagram captions.

He truly pushes against all of the super cheesy, repetitive, motivational quote-style posts and blogs that don’t actually dig deep and connect with anyone.

He calls himself the (and I quote) “turd in the punch bowl of the self-help industry”.

WHAT A VISUAL, amirite?

Mark started blogging and diving into online business after graduating from school in 2008, truly just setting out to be able to work from anywhere he wanted. He started out just blogging online doing some affiliate marketing, and eventually gained traction in the dating advice industry.

And about 4 years ago, Mark branched out into more self-help and life advice in order to expand his audience and help MORE people.

His blog now reaches over a million readers per month.

In this episode, we talk about his mentality on “not giving a fuck”, how to care about the RIGHT things, and why he thinks this is such a huge thing missing from so many people’s lives.

We also talk about a few examples from his book (these stories are AWESOME!), and the reason why he doesn’t give prescriptive advice, telling people what they should value in the book…

a.k.a., making YOU choose these of yourself.

Mark also gives need-to-know writing and blogging advice for those looking to make an income and generate traffic through blogging.

You can find Mark on his blog HERE, and his books “The Subtle Art Of Not Giving A Fuck” and “Models: Attract Women Through Honesty.”
